We fight hunger because it is the right thing to do, not because it is the easy thing to do. Hunger strikes at the core of humanity. A hungry person, a hungry village, a hungry nation can not endure, nor the society survive. It is befitting that we come together to Text Box: fight for what is right and what is just. The good news is that we are moving forward in this fight. There has been a lot of activity and excitement coming from the Board of Directors; this year will prove to be a great leap forward as we build the Board and hone the view and mission of The Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.
